Just looking for measurements and instructions for substituting powered milk in recipes calling for cream. Fairly certain my Armah only ever used powered milk when we lived in Malaysia but being a kid then, I didn’t take notice of her work – just enjoyed the wonderful results. Now with the world in a crazy place and work in short supply I’m looking to save wherever possible. Fortunately I’ve always a fairly well stocked pantry of non perishables and tins. Hope you can point me in the right direction. Thanks, Cher
